Lipley & Parker is our main contracting company, delivering high-quality residential construction and refurbishment across London and the South East. We specialise in bespoke, design-led projects with a hands-on approach to detailing, sustainability, and team coordination on site.
DESIGN
WAJ STUDIO
Founded and led by Will Parker, WAJ Studio is an architectural design practice focused on sustainable timber-led residential design. The studio produces finely detailed, adaptable schemes andcollaborates closely with both private clients and construction teams throughout the design anddelivery process.

CONSULTANCY
E.L_B Construction Consultancy
E.L_B is Elliot Lipley’s independent consultancy practice, offering design-stage construction advice to architects, interior designers, and private clients.
Elliot works directly from RIBA Stages 1–4, helping to align design intent with real-world construction logic, buildability, and budget. His consultancy focuses on early-stage value engineering, layout rationalisation, material selection, and sequencing — aiming to eliminate the need for reactive redesigns further down the line due to cost or physical constraints.
He also acts as a technical liaison between designers and specialist subcontractors, ensuring collaborative, proactive communication that strengthens project delivery — without needing to be involved as the main contractor.
