GREY CHAIR.

The Grey Chair is a handcrafted prototype combining steel and Opepe hardwood, selected for its durability, grain, and warm tone. Finished with three coats of Osmo oil, the timber offers both resilience and richness.

Spray finishing was carried out by Cole Coatings Workshop, using an eco-friendly water-based pearl silver over a black epoxy base to achieve a subtle mottled effect. The final piece is sealed with multiple layers of satin polyurethane for long-term protection.

The Grey Chair is available in the steel-and-timber configuration shown, or as a fully timber version. Like all our pieces, it is made to order and fully customisable.
